Permissions
Requests for permission to reproduce material from the American Journal of Clinical Pathology should be faxed to Molly McGovern at 312.541.4570 or e-mailed to molly.mcgovern@ascp.org. The following information must be included in the request:
- The name of the article, author(s), volume (or year), issue, and page numbers.
- Statement of intended use. If to be used for republication, the article title, the name of the journal or book, and author or editor (if any) and publisher in which the work is intended to be reprinted.
- Date of intended publication or use.
- Number of copies of the work or reprint that will be distributed.
- Recipients/intended audience.

- If you need only the images, tables, and/or figures from an article (not text), please note that in your request.
- If you are the author of the material being requested, please indicate so in your request.
- If you are planning to use the material for educational purposes, please indicate so in your request.
- At present we are not granting electronic rights to any copyrighted images that will be used for commercial electronic products or purposes. We are not comfortable with the mechanisms or protocols currently in place and are proceeding cautiously so as to protect the intellectual property rights of our authors.
